What does include the GROUND RITUAL?

• GENMAICHA BIO - 30g

• ROSE QUARTZ TOWER

• A RITUAL CARD

Smoky Quartz and Japanese Genmaicha come together in a ritual centred around grounding, warmth and returning to the present moment.

Smoky Quartz, with its deep earthy tones, is traditionally associated with grounding, stability and protection. It invites a feeling of being anchored, encouraging us to slow down and reconnect with the body and the natural world.

Genmaicha brings a different but complementary dimension. Traditionally known as “brown rice tea,” it is a Japanese blend of premium Sencha green tea and roasted brown rice. The tea has a distinctive warm, nutty character, with delicate vegetal and marine notes from the green tea balanced by the comforting aroma of toasted rice. Our Genmaicha comes from Uji, Kyoto, one of Japan's most renowned tea-growing regions.

Together, the two create a sensory ritual that feels earthy, warm and reassuring.

The deep, grounding presence of Smoky Quartz meets the comforting aroma of roasted rice. The warmth of the tea encourages you to slow down, while holding the crystal creates a simple physical reminder to stay present.

This pairing is not about adding more to your day, it is about creating a small pause within it.
