MELODY DEEP RITUAL - 90 MINUTES A private and personalised sound ritual. The MELODY DEEP RITUAL is the most intimate sound experience at MELODY. Created as a private session, it allows more time and space for a personalised experience combining Japanese tea, crystal ritual and Alchemy Crystal Sound. The session begins with a quiet tea ritual, creating an opportunity to arrive fully in the space and transition away from the pace of everyday life. A crystal is then selected for the ritual, creating a symbolic point of focus for the session. Through simple sensory awareness — observing, holding, breathing and listening — the crystal becomes an anchor for presence. The experience then unfolds into a longer, immersive sound journey with the Alchemy Crystal Bowls by Crystal Tones®. With more time available, the session can be shaped around the individual's needs and intentions, while preserving the essential MELODY approach: less doing, more listening. A ritual created just for you. __________ WHAT TO WEAR & HOW TO PREPARE Come as you are. Feel comfortable. At MELODY, your comfort is part of the experience. For your session, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move, breathe and fully relax. Soft natural fabrics and layers are ideal, especially for Sound Healing sessions where you may be lying down for an extended period of time. There is no specific dress code. Simply choose something that feels comfortable and allows your body to be at ease. *** A gentle invitation to your senses *** MELODY is an experience designed to engage the senses — sound, touch, light, taste, scent and presence. For this reason, we kindly ask you to avoid wearing strong perfumes, scented body products or fragrances before your session. This is to allow you to experience the subtle scents and natural aromas within the space — from the scent of wood and plants to the delicate fragrance of Japanese tea during our rituals. *** Come with your senses open *** Let the sounds be heard. Cancellation Policy
Your time matters. So does ours. At MELODY HEALING SPACE, each session is prepared with care and your place is reserved especially for you. Our cancellation policy allows us to respect your time while also making the space available to others. ________ > INDIVIDUAL KINESIOLOGY SESSIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - More than 24 hours' notice: your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged. - Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged. ________ > SOUND BATH SESSIONS Sound bath sessions are held in small groups and each place is reserved individually. - More than 24 hours' notice: your booking can be cancelled or transferred to another available session free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged. - Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged. *** If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person by informing us in advance. *** ________ > LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session, allowing yourself time to settle in. - For individual sessions, arriving late may reduce the duration of your appointment, as sessions cannot always be extended. - For group sound baths, late arrival may not be possible once the session has begun, in order to preserve the quiet atmosphere for everyone. ________ > UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES We understand that unexpected situations can happen. In cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
