The Private Circle brings together an immersive Alchemy Crystal Sound Bath, a contemplative crystal ritual and the gentle warmth of premium Japanese tea. A moment to step away from everyday life, share a meaningful experience and reconnect with yourself and one another. The experience unfolds at a gentle pace. Begin with tea, allowing everyone to arrive and settle into the moment. Explore the symbolism of crystals as an invitation to set an intention, then lie back and receive the resonant sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls in a shared space of rest and stillness. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or simply wishing to spend time together differently, the Private Circle offers a thoughtful alternative to the ordinary — intimate, personal and unhurried. The duration can be adapted between 90 and 120 minutes, allowing your group to enjoy the experience at a pace that feels right for everyone. The duration is agreed upon when booking. Cancellation Policy
Your time matters. So does ours. At MELODY HEALING SPACE, each session is prepared with care and your place is reserved especially for you. Our cancellation policy allows us to respect your time while also making the space available to others. ________ > INDIVIDUAL KINESIOLOGY SESSIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - More than 24 hours' notice: your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged. - Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged. ________ > SOUND BATH SESSIONS Sound bath sessions are held in small groups and each place is reserved individually. - More than 24 hours' notice: your booking can be cancelled or transferred to another available session free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged. - Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged. *** If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person by informing us in advance. *** ________ > LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session, allowing yourself time to settle in. - For individual sessions, arriving late may reduce the duration of your appointment, as sessions cannot always be extended. - For group sound baths, late arrival may not be possible once the session has begun, in order to preserve the quiet atmosphere for everyone. ________ > UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES We understand that unexpected situations can happen.
