The Kinesiology Journey is a structured package of 4 consecutive sessions, designed for those who wish to go beyond a single session and explore a theme or area of focus in greater depth. The journey begins with an Initial Session — a moment to pause, understand what is present for you and establish a clear starting point. Through gentle muscle testing, conversation and kinesiology techniques, we begin to explore the body's responses and identify areas that may benefit from further attention. The following sessions allow the process to unfold progressively. We may revisit what emerged previously, observe changes, explore new patterns or deepen the work according to what feels relevant at each stage. Rather than approaching each session as an isolated experience, the four sessions create continuity, space and time for deeper exploration. There is no predetermined outcome. The journey is personalised and adapted to your rhythm, needs and experience. __________ > A PREFERENTIAL RATE The Kinesiology Journey is offered at a preferential package rate, making it more accessible than booking the Initial Session + 3 Follow-Up Sessions separately. Choosing the Journey therefore offers both continuity in the process and a more favourable overall rate. __________ > HOW BOOKING WORKS When you choose the Kinesiology Journey, you will book your Initial Kinesiology Session first. At the end of this first session, we will take a moment together to reflect on the process and determine the most appropriate rhythm for the following sessions. Your 3 Follow-Up Sessions will then be scheduled directly with you, on site, before you leave. This allows the journey to remain structured while giving enough flexibility to adapt the timing of each session to your individual needs. Your journey. Your rhythm. Your space.
Cancellation Policy
Your time matters. So does ours. At MELODY HEALING SPACE, each session is prepared with care and your place is reserved especially for you. Our cancellation policy allows us to respect your time while also making the space available to others. ________ > INDIVIDUAL KINESIOLOGY SESSIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - More than 24 hours' notice: your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged. - Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged. ________ > SOUND BATH SESSIONS Sound bath sessions are held in small groups and each place is reserved individually. - More than 24 hours' notice: your booking can be cancelled or transferred to another available session free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged. - Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged. *** If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person by informing us in advance. *** ________ > LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session, allowing yourself time to settle in. - For individual sessions, arriving late may reduce the duration of your appointment, as sessions cannot always be extended. - For group sound baths, late arrival may not be possible once the session has begun, in order to preserve the quiet atmosphere for everyone. ________ > UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES We understand that unexpected situations can happen. In cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
